Basic Supervisory Skills - Individuals and Teams

Course Overview:

The objective of this course is to assist delegates in gaining a better understanding of what is involved in project management teams and what is involved in building small project management teams. These projects may be technical project, business projects or developmental projects and will cut acress a range of economic sectors.

This course will enable learners to:

• Discussing and explaining the appropriateness of various organisational structures.
• Supervising and monitoring a business project team.
• Reporting progress on a business project.
• Identifying and rectifying problems occuring in a business project.
• Setting up, running and closing a business project.
