Facilitate Adult Learning

Course Overview:

The purpose of this programme is to ensure that all role players in training delivery are effective and able to promote effective learning. For this to be possible the role players should have a clear understanding of the learning environment, education and training landscape they operate in.

This programme aims to give tole players in Learning and Development a clear understanding of the training delivery process and what their respective roles and responsibilities are within this process.

This course will enable learners to:

• Plan and prepare for facilitation
• Facilitate learning
• Evaluation learning and facilitation
